How do you comprehend your perpetrators?

In some ways, mine are like parasitic tourists. You know the ones. Who go to Paris and complain that there are too many French people. Or who occupy the best cafes or historic sites while making Instagram content. Attention seekers without a clue for other people’s needs. The kind of ‘adult’ who never grew up from their childhood knuckle-dragging phase.

There are other ways to process these vermin too.

They are those who have adopted an attitude to life of resentment. Philosophers like Nietzsche talk about this as one of the character traits to be most reviled and expelled. It means they are angry, snarly, and easily manipulated into finding scapegoats for their ill will. It’s not even will, though, because it is pure reaction. They’ve been slighted. Fingered. Hand picked to have been handed a terrible lot in life and it is not on them to work to improve their situation. Rather, they invest all their emotional energy in targeting others who have it better than they do.

At one level, even the most lowly TIs have it better than the Perps. At least TIs are not the ones responding like reactive dogs.

Weirdly, the analysis of resentment is that it is a form of love. Yes. This hateful attitude, this cancer of the spirit, is a form of wounded attachment to one’s self-hate. They love to hate themselves, and some of them have so much self-hate that it spills out onto all others they encounter. These are the ones that get recruited to the experiment.

Let’s not forget, of course, that the v2k is not the perpetrators themselves but AI - trained on some real people but largely trained from television, social media, and other individuals that have been hacked.

It is hard to remember to not respond because it is really not a battle between you and the v2k. It is a battle between humanity and a tiny, impotent evil sect that probably is associated with the US government but may be a cabal of tech bros wishing for a different world. How funny that the worst of all possible humans are the ones pretending to be creating a better world.

When it comes to resentment, it can be catching. That’s the cult-like scheme of the program. But remember this: they want you too to be resentful. They are jealous that you’re not and they want you to catch their disease.

Don’t fall for it. I’m not saying you should be a positive TI, as this reddit group argues. I’m saying you should be a transcendent TI. Above the fray. Use the targeting to discipline yourself. Use it to assert yourself. Above all, use it to grow.
