It depends on a number of factors, but they are usually not involved in targeting. Sure, you may get police harassment and sirens from some cops and some EMS, but not all of them are involved.
It also depends on your targeting, how much you know and how much of a treat you are to them. If you are on FBI threat assessments for violent tendencies, then your targeting will be minimal. However, if you are blacklisted, placed on a terrorist watch list and are considered a threat to wealthy, powerful politicians then you can be subject to all, or some of the following: Doxxing, death threats from random people, stabbings, rape, framing, poisonins, beatings, illegal surveillance, theft, gassing, medical negligence and falsification of medical documents, records and tests, DEW assaults, slander, identify theft, credit card theft, entrapment.
Personally, I'm not on a threat assessment. But damn do I wish I were, because if I wasn't blacklisted and hated by everyone, I could get my neck, my 7 hernias and my teeth fixed! But nope…that's not gonna happen. When I die I die and nobody will care. I can't see a doctor because they will just neglect my needs, lie and falsify my records, then label me as “schizophrenic”, or a hypochondriac!
