The five horsemen of the reckoning

Momentum is growing for widespread recognition and justice of the TI movement

A lot of threads are emerging on the internet and on mainstream news sites that are beginning to implicate those who think they can terrorise and attempt murder on civilians.

These enemies within, whether they operate under cover of ‘black ops’ weapons testing or have venal, profit-driven obsessions, or are even connected with underworld drug cartels, may soon start counting their days. Here are five reasons why:

2. We have the US military at its higher levels struggling to explain the relation between microwave weapons and other DEWs, and the many cases of US overseas and local personnel reporting serious brain illnesses with common clusters of symptoms.
   

Besides the WEF and the Havana investigations, we have these important and growing threads:

3. Hu Lezhi’s very expensive testimony about the depth and depravity of Chinese neuroweapon development.

4. It is little known but publicly acknowledged (celebrated, even) that direct reading and control of brains has been possible since 2015, as Sakhrat Khizroev’s laboratory has demonstrated. We have vivid, visual demonstrations of nano-particles being directed through the bloodstream by magnets into mesh-like arrays that perform as antennae to transmit neural activity at ultra-fine resolution (down to the single neuron) to the invading system.
   

   
   The nano-array is not some separate interface but acts as if it is a natural part of the bio-electric system known as the brain. Therefore, whoever controls it can also put inputs into the brain - after having learned, through deep machine learning - the patterns of frequencies that are fired when you think of, say, pizza, the Egyptian pyramids, or, perhaps, attempting assassination on a president. This is why it is called mind-melding. The remote neural monitoring and v2k work as if they are a part of you.

5. And we have the well-established and respected documentary evidence and testimony of Robert O. Duncan. Duncan actually worked at the CIA, doing work that he thought was related to cryptography. He actually helped develop the underpinnings of advanced neuroweapons. He explains them in eery, disturbing but coolly scientific terms in his well-read public works, including Project Soul-catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed (2010). His story is that he was initially tested upon illegally and tortured for one year, during which he was fascinated with the development of the technology and had highly detailed conversations with his torturers. They shut down his program after one year, but resumed at later on as Duncan began to go public with some of his knowledge. He died mid-2024, in what appears to have been a neuroweapon attack. If the whole program is designed for ‘counter-insurgency’ purposes, take it as read that leaders of the TI movement like Duncan make for model target practice.

My story
I am a targeted individual who receives the 24/7 signals and has come to know extremely well the tactics of the synthetic AI voices. I have come to know much less the physical symptoms. But the tactics of the two voices (Craig and Mark, they name themselves) are to constantly commentate, harass, humiliate, intimidate. Imagine a 9-year-old schoolyard bully with a serious undiagnosed hysterical, aggressive psychological condition. His only orientation in life is to go to war with whoever he encounters.

It’s fairly tricky to deal with something that is learning constantly from your reactions so that it can, cybernetically, polish its attacks and refine its aim. It’s fairly tricky to deal with constant attacks that have no belt below which to not punch. If I see people eating fried chicken, they taunt me for my overweight brother. If I see a woman with a low-cut top, they’ll try to allege that my mother dressed like such a hooker in her youth. And if they see a brutish looking man on the street, they’ll claim he’s going to kill me.

All of this, though, you can put down to disinformation. And while it probably exacted some psychological damage on my in the early days when I had thought ‘v2k’ was the schizophrenics internet vocab for psychosis, I am much the wiser and I have had reassuring assistance from those deeper in the process. Perhaps I’m in denial partly, and perhaps I’m being hopelessly optimistic. But I am doing well. I am doing fine.

Many other TIs foreground not the v2k but the burns, the pinpricks of pain, the heating. I have not experienced this anywhere near the degree that they seem to have. Perhaps they are not experiencing the mind-reading, the mind-melding, the subjectivity-hacking, to the extent that I am. Perhaps a suite of weapons is in use and only certain combinations of them are optimal at any one time.

Either way, I am doing fine because I am ‘aware’ and because I feel one step ahead of the tired old psy-ops that are attempted on me. They know it. They appear to get demoralised when they realise I work their tricks out and that I am in general ahead of their curve, unsullied by their filthy, downright dog-dirty attempts to harm innocent members of the public.

Of course, their theatre is working to a degree in that I discuss ‘them’ as the two voices. Who almost certainly do not exist. But are programmed series of stimuli designed to fire my imagination. Behind the scenes are people who are so protected by this disinformation and so devious that I will likely not know who they are until the investigation roots them out. They are likely a tiny band of rogue military and intelligence managers who have duped junior staff into working on something unconstitutional and illegal through either ‘fair means’ - this is nasty but necessary work because China is testing it on their own civilians and we can’t fall behind - or foul:

‘Congratulations, we need to inform you that your every thought and experience is monitored [here is a high-resolution sample of what you thought about before bed last night. You now work on the program that develops this technology. If you so much as think about leaking or disclosing it, we will share your darkest secrets with your family. Besides, you heard about the case of x73y - the operative who was killed by a mysterious illness last year. Don’t be like x73y.’

American populists and conservatives like to say that the market knows best, and that the American people are not stupid. If those populists and conservatives are the same group that will be held accountable for civilian neuroweapons testing and torture, then it will be quite the irony. The public sphere is prone to disinformation and conspiracy, but it is also the bedrock of justice. We see this in the slowly but steadily amassing network of threads that point to the existence of this program, its likely motives, and its likely culprits.

Like with such unexpected historical events as the fall of the Berlin Wall or the breakup of the Soviet Union, history can move quickly but is always the result of an accumulation of pressures.

For those who are haunted or hunted by the soulless sell-outs of the agencies behind neuroweapons testing, a day of reckoning is coming.

These five harbingers are only the beginning.
