Many are targeted without even realising (for example in order to affect the CONSCIOUS TARGET, people around them are effected by these systems in order to get to the target, like turning loved ones against them)...
Targeted Individual also implies victim mentality.. But in the end the connotations associated with ANY TERM comes down to public perception which is painted by those with the greatest ability to effect the vernacular.

Hey Jack, Thanks for your contribution to the space. I was wondering, if we are not to use this term do you have another term? The nature of reality is very much effected by the terms and language we use. This is extremely important when we are talking about and adversity as in order to tackle an adversity you must be able to name it.
Otherwise energy is directed in a scatter of unfocused and wasted ineffectual power.
This is not something to be taken lightly or at whim.
So again I ask, if you take away this term, what are you left with? And how do people come together to challenge what they are experiencing??
I had the same problem with the term TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. But my reasoning on this is that EVERYONE is at risk of being targeted.. Many are targeted without even realising (for example in order to affect the CONSCIOUS TARGET, people around them are effected by these systems in order to get to the target, like turning loved ones against them)...
Targeted Individual also implies victim mentality.. But in the end the connotations associated with ANY TERM comes down to public perception which is painted by those with the greatest ability to effect the vernacular.
Therefore those closest to media and with control over social media platforms, youtube, google searches etc have the greatest potential to sway the perceptions of the general populace to look at a term/word or phrase in any way that they wish..
This is the nature of SPELLing.. An intention, feeling or energy is associated with a term giving the term POWER.
Regardless of the terms used, those with the ability to sway the publics perception anbd the narrative will define how people feel about the thing represented by the TERM.
The problem is not the term.. But rather the PROGRAMMING associated with the term..
THE TOOL (language) IS NOT THE problem.. It's the programmable nature of the the term or symbol...
Removing the term without giving an alternative is in fact damaging to the space.. as it leaves people without a way to voice, relate of come together about what are experiencing...
